OVERVIEW
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Carrve Custom Vans. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
We ship orders within the United States only.
Orders placed before 9:00 AM PST are typically processed within 3 business days. Processing time refers to order preparation and does not include transit time.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email or phone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping is free on orders over $200. Orders $199 and under ship for a flat $10 rate.
Most orders ship via UPS Ground. We always aim to choose the best balance of cost and delivery time for your order. If you need expedited shipping, please reach out before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after shipment. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or other factors beyond our control.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive an order confirmation and a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@carrve.co
as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as this information may be required to process a claim with the carrier.
