REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

 

DOMESTIC POLICY OVERVIEW

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States only. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging where applicable. Customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility with their vehicle before placing an order.

Refunds

To initiate a return, please email info@carrve.co or call us at 603-305-6031 with the reason for your return and your order number, which is provided in your order confirmation email. Please send your item to: 4125 Iron Gate Unit 103, Bellingham, WA 98225 or reach out and we can provide you with a return label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or any questions about your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@carrve.co.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@carrve.co and send your item to: 4125 Iron Gate Unit 103, Bellingham, WA 98225.

Shipping returns

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@carrve.co
with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For eligible domestic returns, Carrve may provide a prepaid return shipping label. Free return shipping is available for eligible orders within the United States only.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

INTERNATIONAL POLICY  OVERVIEW

This policy applies to orders shipped outside of the United States.

Due to the cost and complexity of international shipping, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with international orders. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are also responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by their country. These charges are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed by Carrve.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment, as Carrve cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Returned items must be received and inspected before a refund is issued. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days of processing.
