CARRVE CUSTOM VANS: VAN CONVERSIONS & BUILDS

Do you offer kits or parts so I can build my rig myself?

Right now, we only offer full van conversions and don’t sell kits to build this layout yourself. Many components are custom and integrated into our systems, so we can’t offer most pieces separately. However, we do offer select parts that you can integrate into your rig.

We offer three gear-focused models:

  • GFR
  • MXR
  • The Privateer

Each is designed to balance gear and comfort, delivering the same high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Click on the models to learn more about them.

Reach out via phone or email, and we’ll send over our build options deck. If you have a specific idea, we can discuss it and start planning your conversion. Learn more about our process here.

Builds can range from $50-130k, reach out to learn more about build costs based on what you’re looking for.

These prices do not include the cost of the van.

Most of our customers buy their van separately, but if you’re on the hunt for a rig, we can guide you in the right direction. Many customers have their van shipped directly to our shop in Bellingham, WA.

  • Mercedes Sprinter 170
  • Mercedes Sprinter 170 Extended
  • Ford Transit 148 Extended

The GFR model can be built on any of these chassis. The MXR is limited to the Mercedes Sprinter 170 and 170 Extended due to space constraints.

For the Mercedes Sprinter 170 and 170 Extended, the Cargo and Crew vans are the best platforms for a custom build. Crew vans can offer better driver comfort packages, but often include rear seats, flooring, and fixed side windows that are usually removed—meaning you may pay for features you won’t keep. Cargo vans can include the same driver comfort and tech options without unnecessary components, usually making them the most cost-effective choice.

Due to space constraints, we can build on the Ford Transit 148 Extended chassis only.

We don’t currently have vans for sale, but if you reach out we can discuss your custom build and timeline.

CARRVE EQUIPMENT: PARTS & ACCESSOIRES

Where do you sell your parts? Do you ship internationally?
