OUR PROCESS

LET'S BUILD YOUR DREAM RIG

We’re a small, dedicated team who pay attention to the details at every step. Quality, durability, and function come first in everything we do, from layout design to final finishes.

All of our builds start with our gear-focused layouts, but we can customize each one to fit your lifestyle, gear, and vision.

See our process below and check out our FAQ page for quick answers.

HERE'S HOW OUR PROCESS WORKS

STEP 1: REACH OUT

Shoot us a message through the form below or reach out directly at info@carrve.co. We’ll send over our Build Options Deck so you can see our layouts side-by-side and learn more about features and upgrade possibilities.

Once you’ve had a look, reach back out with any questions and let us know:

  • What chassis you’re considering
  • Which layout you’re leaning toward
  • What gear you want to bring along

If you don’t have a van yet, no stress — we can help guide you in the right direction and answer any questions you have.

Next, we’ll send over a Build Info Form so we can capture the details that matter most:

  • Your preferred layout
  • Must-have accessories or upgrades
  • Gear and lifestyle needs

The more we know upfront, the more dialed your estimate will be — and the better we can design a build that fits your lifestyle.

We’ll turn your wishlist into a clear price range and projected timeline.

A $2,000 deposit secures your build slot and goes towards the final cost of the build.

Once your slot is locked, we start dialing in the details.

Together, we’ll customize your spec sheet and choose finishes, materials, and features.

When your build slot is here, we’ll start building & send photos and updates along the way. Once started, builds typically take 2–3 months to complete.

When it’s ready to roll, you can pick you van up in Bellingham, WA — we’ll walk you through every system in person or we’ll ship it and walk you through it virtually.
